Do you offer financing or a monthly payment plan?

No, and that’s deliberate. We price every job off a free written estimate – one number, in writing, before anything starts. There’s no financing product, no payment plan, no membership to sign up for. The written estimate is the pricing mechanism, and we think a clear upfront number works better for homeowners than a payment structure with strings attached.

Can I use more than one offer at the same time?

One offer per household per visit. If you’re a senior or veteran, that discount applies permanently and consistently – it’s not a one-time thing. But stacking multiple offers on a single visit isn’t something we do. The estimate will show your price clearly, and whichever offer applies will be reflected there.

Will the price change once you’ve started the work?

No. The written estimate is the price. If we get into a job and find something genuinely unexpected – something that wasn’t visible or knowable during the estimate visit – we stop, show you what we found, and re-quote before doing anything further.
